EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
LEPHUTHING & THREE DAUGHTERS HAULIERS was formed to create a platform from which an entrepreneurial dream can be established. The business was started by Mr. F.A. Lephuthing who has over 30 years experience in the transport industry and 8 years of which he has on his own transport company. He was later joined by his wife M. Lephuthing.
The nature of the business is to transport bulk liquids i.e. chemicals via road tankers for our clients. The company was established in May 2008 with two trucks and two tankers.
One of the keys to success for LEPHUTHING & THREE DAUGHTERS HAULIERS is Mr. Lephuthing' s vast experience in the transport industry which has enabled him to competently manage two trucks effective and efficiently, and grown it to the big fleet.
Mr. Lephuthing's excellent track record in the transport industry, he has created a demand for his company's service.
ABOUT THE MEMBERS
Mr. Lephuthing began his career in transport in 1983.Throughout the years he has gained invaluable insight in the transport field. He also has extensive knowledge on the mechanical side of trucks, operations as well as administrative functions in the transport industry. Mr. Lephuthing as one of the industry leaders in road tanker management.
Mrs. Lephuthing has health background and has experience in leadership and management. She has qualifications in Human resources management and BA Hon. Psychology.
Together with Lephuthing & Three Daughters Hauliers team the future of
the company is satisfactory.
